Hello, I am not sure if this of interested to you guys but we are hoping to film the Oval Legends at Northampton on Sunday 30th October. It might be possible to add you guys to the TV series as an additional programme. The series will cover different formulas and it is intended to broadcast on Motors TV - it will be part of a series to be shown over the Winter. The cost would be in the region of £1,200 which could be paid by a sponsor or divided up between the drivers. If this is something of interest to you please give me a shout.
Kind regards,
Richard

Martyn Brand - By Trudy Aylward
A nice sunny afternoon in deepest Lincolnshire, chatting over a few drinks with the Legend that is Martyn Brand, when suddenly I remember my nice new Superstox.org.uk clipboard, so whats a girl to do! Mind if I ask you a few questions Martyn?
Jeroen Laurijssen - Dutch Superstox Driver
Great news is that we could expect to see a Dutch Superstox racer at this years Ipswich Spedeweekend once again, as Jeroen Laurijssen, son of former world Champion Luud is hastily getting his car ready for the event.
2011 English Championship
The 2011 Superstox English Championship was held at a sunny Great Yarmouth on may 1st. The championship race was to be the first race for superstox and a draw for grid positions took place. 20 drivers took part in the draw with Ryan Eaton and Paul Langridge being the only southerners present.
English Championship Preview
This Sunday sees the 45th running of the English Championship at Great Yarmouth.Mark Smith is the defending champion and has held the title for the last 2 years, its quite possible he could make it 3 in a row. Colin Aylward won the final last time out at Great Yarmouth and i think he is the man to beat on Sunday, however I'm presuming the grid will be picked out of the hat so this could leave it open to a number of drivers. Steven Jackson has good caister form, as does Billy Smith, Garry Sparkes, Ben Marjoram, Shaun Brooker and Jason Cooper. If you're looking for a surprise then Liam Lambert, Ben Munford, Brett Wesbroom or Eddie Edmonds (no U this time Eddie) could be the ones to watch.
I wouldnt like to put money on a winner, this race is certainly not won yet!

Garry Sparkes Interview
Garry Sparkes has a new car at his disposal and although he doesn't think he will have it out for this weekends English Championship at Yarmouth, we couldn't pass up the chance to have a chat with the 5 times World Champion, who celebrates 30 years on the spedeworth ovals this year.
Swags - Joanne Stanford
They say behind every driver has to be a good woman, what they dont tell you in superstox racing is that good woman has often been around the racing scene just as long as the driver has! That is certainly the case for our second Swags feature, the other (or better if you ask Jo) half of Jonathon Field 391.
Coventry Midland Championship

Liam Lambert drove like an experienced shale racer to take the Superstox Midland Championship in style, removing Colin Aylward along the way.
